The Flourishing Experiment

It doesn’t feel good to feel sad, depressed, annoyed, or frustrated. But one of the worst things we can do is resist those emotions and let them impact us and the people around us. In this week’s episode, we explore Susan David’s book, “Emotional Agility: Get Unstuck, Embrace Change, and Thrive in Work and Life.” You’ll learn now to notice the many emotions you’re having at any given time, use those feelings as data, and live a life aligned with your values.
