Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, acupuncturist, and life coach, Dr. Teri Goetz, updates Kari on her struggles with Sjögren's syndrome and Lyme disease and how an elimination diet has helped her immensely. The ladies also discuss how acupuncture can help people (and runners in particular), what you may not know about eggs, what to do with 3:00 a.m. worries, and how self care is health care. Kari also shares an exercise on how to manage worries. Serena Marie, RD, takes a hiatus this week due to scheduling and technical issues, but she will be back for the next episode!
