The Flourishing Experiment

John Zeratsky, also known as JZ, holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is a registered yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and meditation teacher. We discuss how he went from growing up in a small Wisconsin town to helping 200 companies focus on their biggest game-changing ideas to sailing around the Caribbean and Central America to helping lead a movement of people living intentional professional and personal lives. You’ll hear how to set a highlight for the day, how to fuel yourself mentally and physically, how to avoid distractions, how to really connect with people and how to write a book if that’s something you’ve always wanted to do. You’ll walk away knowing how to make habits to create a life you want to live for yourself.
