The Flourishing Experiment

Science shows that quantity, not quality, really matters when it comes to feeling positive emotions. Therefore, take fifteen minutes a day (or more) to do something that feels good to you. This will help you be more creative, kinder, and plain old more fun to be around. For extra credit, throw in some novelty to your daily vacations, and you’ll get even more of the feel-good chemical called dopamine. The Runner of the Week is Rebecca Clarke, who returns to the podcast to share what her running routine looks like while working full-time plus having a 13-year-old, 11-year-old, and 4-year-old triplets!
